This fun, non-competitive 5K welcomes everyone—runners, walkers, families, and friends. Whether you’re here to cheer, jog, or strut your stuff, you’ll be part of something truly inspiring.

All proceeds benefit the Girls on the Run South Louisiana Scholarship Fund, helping even more girls experience the confidence, connection, and joy of our program.
